- Come in training clothes — we move from the first session when possible.
- Shower and changing room on site.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a medical prescription?

Are sessions reimbursed?
I'm RME-registered (classical massage): reimbursement through complementary insurance may be possible depending on your coverage. [TBD: reimbursement details to be confirmed] Check with your insurer.
I don't do CrossFit — is this for me?
Yes. The gym is a tool, not a requirement. Programs adapt to every level, from weekend athlete to competitor.
Do you treat children and teenagers?
Yes, young athletes are welcome.
